Window Washing
We use a water fed system that feeds pure water through a carbon fiber pole. We use industry grade brushes with specially designed bristles to not damage windows. The pure water leaves a completely streak-free finish.
Gutter Cleaning
Gutter cleaning is an essential part of property maintenance. If it is not done annually water can overflow behind the gutter, over the front of the gutter or even back into the home. This can end up being a costly issue. We don't use pressure washers on gutters, which cuts down on the mess and we take all the garbage with us.
Gutter Whitening
Dirt and grime happens. But when it’s on your gutter system, the result impacts your entire property. Our gutter whitening system revolves around the goal to frame your home with the best first impression.
Hard Water Cleaning
Hard water stains are a pain, but we have 3 levels of treatments including an acid based treatment that peels microscopic layers of the glass off to get into the pores and remove the stain. In most cases we can achieve a 70% improvement in glass clarity. Not all hard water stains can be removed but we can expertly evaluate and recommend the best course of action for you.
Granite Countertop Sealing
A properly sealed surface helps to avoid damage. Depending on how often you use the countertops and how light or dark the granite is, you may need to have it sealed anywhere from every three months to yearly.
Christmas Light Set-up
Celebrate the holidays this with a display of sparkling Christmas lights, beautiful wreaths or yard decorations. Our professional Christmas light installation crew will take care of everything.
